Eliana Burbano Mora

Eliana joined International Development in 2022. As a Development Coordinator, Eliana provides support to deliver short courses, tender preparation, and general administrative tasks. She works collaboratively with diverse clients, specialists, institutions, and stakeholders ensuring the smooth execution of every allocated task.

Before becoming a part of UQ International Development, Eliana gained valuable experience in the private sector, where her primary focus was on developing strong client relationships. She held various roles, including Customer Service Coordinator, Key Account Manager, and Investment Consultant. Despite her successful career, Eliana made the decision to follow her true passion for social development. This led her to pursue a master's degree in development practice and ultimately join our team. Her goal is to merge her expertise with her passion, working towards empowering positive change through international development.

Eliana holds a degree in Business Administration with a Major in Business Strategy Management. Additionally, she has completed her Master's in Development Practice at The University of Queensland.
