Daphne graduated from UQ with Bachelor of Law/Arts (Hons) with an extended major in Japanese and pursued a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice (admitted in 2017). In the Global Partnerships team, Daphne is involved with coordinating events and visits for various international delegates to UQ.
Prior to this, she worked extensively in project support and administration of short term programs with various UQ partner universities, government personnel, and high school students from around the world. She got a taste of event management through her involvement with student societies at university and as a events project officer in UQ's Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.
Daphne speaks Cantonese and Japanese natively, she is proficient in Mandarin and is currently studying Korean.
