UQ-Exeter-CUHK Joint Symposium in Environmental Sustainability

6-7.30pm AEST, Tuesday 9 November

The University of Queensland (UQ), the University of Exeter (Exeter) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) are world-leading institutions in environmental science research with a strong dedication to advance the sustainable development goals. The three universities have separately established the QUEX Institute and the CUHK-Exeter Joint Centre for Environmental Sustainability and Resilience (ENSURE) to tackle challenges emerging from the changing environment and its influences on planetary health.

With the aims of promoting the three universities’ research achievements and inspiring new collaborations, the UQ-Exeter-CUHK Joint Symposium on Environmental Sustainability will showcase some of the key projects undertaken by QUEX and ENSURE in the areas of climate adaptation and conservation, marine science, microplastics pollution and air pollution.
